About This Project
Converting underutilized garage space into habitable square footage is one of the most cost-effective ADU strategies in Los Angeles. This SFV project included slab reinforcement, insulation upgrade, new windows and entry door, full electrical panel sub-feed, plumbing for kitchenette and bath, and LADBS permit coordination from start to certificate of occupancy.
